That is not true, mentioned key () most probably (1:10 000 000 000) wont work dev key is generated from two variables: - user id - installation number after you enter this key it is stored in SAP table DEVACCESS (you can check this table and if it has any entries you can try to use them, but it wont work if one of upper mentioned variables was changed after key was used) you can generate developer key on service.sap.com or you can look on google for 'sap key generator ' if you do not have access to service.sap.com.
